Who are we?

Kosherlicous was founded by lifelong friends Dena Miller and Minette Lee Warden. Both Minette and Dena have a long history in the food industry and in 2012 they collaborated to bring their culinary expertise to Kosher Sydney by offering a fully-serviced catering company, serving seasonally inspired, contemporary kosher foods with a global influence.

Since its inception, Kosherlicous has catered for thousands of functions, ranging from 20 guests to 300. They have worked in venues across Sydney and NSW, including private homes, five-star hotels and venues, restaurants, marquees, warehouses, and farms.

Supported by an excellent team of chefs, logistical and wait staff, Kosherlicous, as Sydney’s premium kosher caterer, continues to grow in scale and innovation, never wavering on quality and service.

Dena and Minette first began cooking from the Bondi Synagogue Kitchen and moved to their current location in Rose Bay in 2015, opening the first catering business with separate milk and meat kitchens. They now also have a deli that serves delicious meals from Tuesday to Friday and frozen home-made meals for busy professionals. Of course, all the meals are Kosher certified but can be enjoyed by everyone.

Kosherlicous/ Millee’s Deli follow the strict process of Kosher preparation, using only Kosher products, cooking in separate kitchen the milk and the meat, all are under the supervision of a Mashgiach. You can trust our Kosher certification is upheld to the highest level of certainty.

We search the world over to seek out the highest quality kosher ingredients; you can taste the craftsmanship in every dish we create.
